The farm includes land in the countryside of Gallipoli, Santa Cesarea Terme and Vitigliano with about 8 hectares of olive groves and arable land.
The cultivation of olive trees is set with the old method "for a planting mt.8 x mt.8" in order to facilitate maximum photosynthesis, giving the fruit a superior quality.
The cultivars are of variety: Ogliarola and Cellina di Nardò that typify the landscape of Salento. The soils are cultivated strictly following the rules and regulations issued by the EC on Biological, so our company can boast Community aid.
